Should you feel dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a comprehensive refund within 30 days.

However, specific conditions do apply.

Return Conditions

We kindly request that you adhere to the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Personalized products are uniquely tailored for you and, therefore, are non-returnable. Sale-off or special items marked on the website are also not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accessories must be returned in their original packaging with all parts intact. Items that deviate from the initial shape, material, or size as presented on our website will not be accepted.
  • The product should remain in its original state and packaging, including all tags, and be in new condition with a full box.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Email intact item photos, verified code, and reasons for refund/exchange to [email protected].
  2. Beroin will verify the customer’s order information and refund request. If eligible, a notification email with the nearest return address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code will be sent.
  3. Customers should send the items, along with the RMA code, to the provided address and email the shipping bill to [email protected].
  4. A Beroin representative will inspect the product and RMA code.
  5. The return process involves three scenarios:
    • Exchange: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the purchased products are faulty, incorrectly described, or differ from the sample shown. Proof of shipping costs is required for a one-time exchange.
    • Faulty Return: For faulty, incorrectly described, or different-than-shown products, you’ll receive a full product cost refund and 80% of total shipping fees. Payment will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after the product’s return. Shipping fees include both the purchase and return shipment costs.
    • Change of Mind Return: If you wish to return products due to a change of mind, refunds will be issued subject to specific conditions, including providing proof of purchase and ensuring items remain in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or unused, with original tags/labels attached). Refunds do not cover shipping costs. Personal details shared for returns or exchanges are solely for processing purposes.
